Net of Light gathering at Notre Dame Retreat Center : September 19-21, 2025

This gathering will be hosted by the Net of Light of Rochester and the Finger Lakes Area.

 

Registration starts Mar 21, 2025. Registration ends Aug 27

Sept 19-21, 2025 2 nights,  6 meals, Friday dinner to Sunday lunch

1 twin sized bed, chair, desk , sink and toilet shared with room next door and shared shower down the hall (3 private stalls).  = 370

Shared room with private bath.

2 twin sized beds, chair and desk, full private bathroom.  = 340

Shared room  with private bath (3). ADA compliant

Registration is per person, please register each person in your party.

Cancellation Policy & Refunds:

– Cancel on or before May 27, 2025 all but $25 refunded

– Cancel on or before Aug 18,  2025 all but $100 refunded

No refunds on or after Aug 19, 2025

 

Please email your cancellation to pthorpehfe@gmail.com and your spot will go back up on the website if cancelling before Aug 27.

Practical note regarding Covid:  At these Gatherings we will follow current protocols that medical experts recommend and will also adhere to the venue's requirements. These may change by the time of the Gatherings and if so, we will all need to adapt. But as things stand now, when you come to a Net of Light Gathering, due to health considerations for other participants please take a Covid test 24-48 hours before arriving and stay home if you test positive.
